Tire Amnesty Day 2024

Tire Amnesty Day will be Saturday January 27 2024 at the Grady County Road Department Facility ( 1978 N. Broad St. Cairo Ga. )

8:00 am to 4:00 pm .

FOR GRADY COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY

No Tire Business, No Tires On Rims, No Extremely Large Skidder, and Loader Tires.

This is a Grant through EPD and Grady County is only allotted a certain amount of funds for this Tire Amnesty.

Because of the increase in Freight, Fuel Surcharge, and Rate Per Tonnage to dispose of the tires, there will be a limit on the amount of tires that can be delivered. This limit will be determined and set by the Tire Amnesty Coordinator ( Superintendent Stanley A Elkins).

The Grady County Tire Amnesty Coordinator will have the authority to refuse any Tires that are not suitable for the Processer.
