Project Description
General
Construction of a new 3300 square foot building on the existing partially cleared site.
Building
The structure is a pre-engineered metal building system including metal roof, walls, and soffit panels. Exterior openings include an aluminum store entrance and punched windows, metal door and frames, and a coiling door. Interior components consist of non-loading metal studs, gypsum board, flush wood doors, architectural cabinets, suspended acoustical ceilings, floor finishes, and paintings. Plumbing system for accessible toilets and lavatories; complete HVAC system, electrical system including fire alarm, low voltage components, and emergency power generator.
Site

Bid Submittal and Opening
Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
